Katy's School Keepsake Bear

Happy Friday Heavenly Stitchers! Where did that week go???Today I have some new photos to show you, shared by Katy who has been busy making her son a memory primary school leavers bear using the Harley Patchwork Bear Sewing Pattern. I love the styling and the placement of the badges... she tells me the bear was a huge hit with her little boy! Such a good idea for recycling worn-out school uniform and a lovely way to remember a tender chapter in life!#myfabricheaven #keepsakebear #sewingteddies #schoolkeepsake

Sheenagh's Memory Bear

Today I have this little cutie to show you made by Sheenagh using the Patchwork Bear Pattern. She made him for her grandson as a memory bear of his Grandad. I love the way she has created the eyes and nose - she made the nose using a shoelace! A truly unique, one of a kind, memory bear! Thank you for sharing him Sheenagh 🧸🧵 #memorybearkeepsake #sewingpattern #handmadebear

Sara's Wedding Keepsake Bear...

I love seeing what you guys can create using our patterns and today I have this beautiful wedding keepsake bear and patchwork cushion to show you. It was carefully and lovingly made by Sara for her best friend using a relatives wedding outfit. I love the way she has fussy cut the fabric to place the embroidered details to best advantage and I think she has made a fabulous job of the facial features -  the eyes are adorable and so simply done. This little combination is practically perfect in every way! Power to you Sara!! #keepsakebear #sewing #handmade

Christine's Tartan Teddy

Well, Autumn is definitely in full swing here in UK and today I have this snuggly tartan teddy to show you, shared by Christine who made him using the Harley Bear Sewing Pattern from an old school uniform kilt. I have to say that I think tartan and tweed are my favourite winter fabrics, they give me a warm and cosy glow on the inside as well as the outside!! #tartan #sewing #handmade

Julie's Ditzy Floral Bear

Yay! its nearly the weekend and today we have this little cutie to show you, made by Julie using the Harley Bear Sewing Pattern. I love the styling of this bear, the ditzy floral fabric really contrasts with, but also complements the textured mauve fabric. The two work really well together. Finished with a simple organza bow round her neck, I think she's just perfect! Thanks for the photo Julie, have a lovely weekend guys! xxx#myfabricheaven #sewing #handmade #teddybear
