Crafty News — adapted teddy bear
We're just AMAZED to see this 5 foot tall version of Teddy Eddy Bear!! (The original pattern is for a 9 inch tall bear!)This huge Teddy Eddy was made by Liz for one of her customer's as part of a promotion. You can see the original leg template sat on top of the giant leg piece. It was quite a challenge and he's pretty heavy apparently! Well done Liz and thanks for sharing the photos! https://www.myfabricheaven.com/collections/teddy-bear-sewing-patterns
Made from the Harley Teddy Pattern (which was enlarged) & wearing a baby boys 1st outfit... a lovely way to keep something precious and 'sew' cute too! https://buff.ly/2zhIrXe

Maureen's GIANT Jingle Bear...https://bit.ly/2Ihehr4 I hope you're all having a fabulous Bank Holiday Weekend there! Today I just had to show you this gorgeous textured teddy sent in by Maureen. She made him using the Jingle Bear Sewing Pattern and told me that she enlarged the templates onto A3 paper to make a giant teddy - He stands at almost 20 inches... what a wopper!! I think he must be the biggest teddy I know of that has been made from one of our patterns and he looks soooo cuddly! Thank you for sharing him Maureen!#sewing #teddybear
https://bit.ly/2IATG1g Good morning lovelies, today I have these two memory bears to show you, made by Jackie from the Teddy Eddy Bear Sewing Pattern. She told me... "I have made another bear for a friend using three triathlon event shirts. Very stretchy thin fabric so all lined with iron on facing. Had to enlarge the pattern to get the logos in as they were quite big." " He sits 12 inches tall."Well done, quite a challenging task using difficult fabric to work with and the added task of fitting the logos in as well! The good thing about the Teddy Eddy...
