I've had this little winter snowflake bear dancing around in my mind asking to be created since before Christmas, and this month I finally got around to giving him form. It took me a while to find the right fabric and threads to match my vision and eventually I opted for a pure silk dupion in Kingfisher Blue and DMC metallic threads in silver and gold for embroidering the snowflakes.
