I've been busy making a little surprise for my dear Dad's birthday..... WAY back in the day he used to attend Itchen Grammar School (Southampton) when the uniform was a maroon blazer with bright green piping and he used to have a blue striped tie to signify that he was in the Viking House. All we had left of the original uniform was the school badge, so I had to acquire the necessary materials via copious internet searches! All well worth the effort though as he was so amazed with the result and Toff Bear now has a permanent position on his sofa!
Sooooo...are there any other 1950's Itchen Grammar School veterans out there I wonder? EN AVANT xxx
