Mouse-House Hand Embroidery Hoop Art Paper Pattern
Hand Embroidery Paper Pattern with Photo-Tutorial Instructions.
Difficulty Rating: Easy
This adorable mouse in a tea cup design was inspired by an old tea set that was once my Grandmother's pride and joy... plus the pretty Forget-Me-Not flowers still blooming in my garden!
Its a fairly simple design with easy embroidery stitches to suit a complete beginner or somebody with a little experience. The stitches used are Backstitch, Running Stitch, Lazy Daisy or Detached Chain Stitch and French knots. The pattern template is printed at the end of the instruction booklet together will a colour & stitch key. You can trace the pattern onto your fabric with a soluble marker and a window/light table and you will also need an 8" embroidery hoop.
You might choose to use this embroidery design to embellish a cushion or pillow cover, a quilt or even a tote bag. It will also make an excellent wall decoration framed in a hoop, or can be given as a gift.......the choice is all yours! ;)
