Lisa made a second Jingle Bear yesterday (boy she works fast!) and I'm in love with him! How gorgeous does he look in a classic gingham fabric? However, my favourite thing about this bear is his heart shaped nose...what an inspired idea Lisa..... Many thanks for sharing!
Well done to Bev and her team in Sydney who have been working tirelessly to make all these little mice for The Aussi Bangla Smile Project. The Aussi Bangla Smile medical team travel to Bangladesh to perform facial surgery to correct birth defects such as cleft palate on babies, children & adults from remote villages. Bev and her group have made mice (from our pattern) and bibs from donated fabric for the babies! More information regarding Aussi Bangla Smile can be found here:http://bit.ly/1Gm9iz2
So here's a sneaky peek at what I've been working on this week.......Meet Amethyst, a strange sad little Gothic bunny. (She believes that purple is the new black!) I'll be working to make the pattern available over the coming weeks :)
Friday again already! Where has this week gone?Today I'd like to showcase Gemma's beautiful Elephant made for her nephew from his outgrown baby clothes. This elephant has been named Jeffrey "because he's a boy" and I really love her choice of fresh red white and blue babygrow fabric! Gemma says she needs to make another for her daughter and will be rummaging in the loft for suitable outgrown girls clothing. I hope we can see some more photos Gemma? (many thanks for sharing) xxx
Happy Friday! and the sun is shining.A few weeks ago you may remember seeing images here of some lovely Loppity Bunny rabbits made by Chauncy who was a complete beginner at making soft toys. She also made this sweet teddy bear from the Teddy Eddy Bear Pattern using the fabric from her daughters favourite pj's....Adorable! http://bit.ly/1G2Iza9
